student’s DU ID number
begins with a “D” and is followed by 8 numbers. If you don’t know the student’s DU ID, please call the
CTS Service Desk at
412-396-4357, or the Financial Aid Office at 412-396-6607 for assistance.
The DU ID can
also be found on all email messages from the Financial Aid Office.
